Senior Intelligence Analyst

You'll deepen the intelligence data moat that powers Chainalysis products and law enforcement investigations, acting as a force multiplier for the team. You'll collect, analyze, and produce intelligence across the crypto-services ecosystem, with your biggest impact coming from designing AI and automation that multiply the whole team's output. You'll set the analytic standard, shape what the team collects, and help level up the analysts around you. You'll join a fast-moving, globally distributed team collaborating across time zones, both async and in real time, holding each other to a high bar and backing each other up across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own attribution for the most complex, high-stakes parts of the ecosystem, and set the standard for how it's done
• Design and lead the AI/automation that scales attribution across the team
• Shape collection strategy for what data is needed and how to get it
• Mentor analysts and raise the team's tradecraft
• Contribute analyses and insights that feed products and customers
• Become a certified cryptocurrency professional across all Chainalysis certifications

Requirements

• 5+ years of strong analytic or investigative work, including leading hard problems end to end
• Strong research instincts and analytic rigor
• Initiative to set the agenda and drive what the team should work on
• Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving space
• AI-forward instincts to build automation that scales work
• Comfort working with data; blockchain forensics experience a plus
• Excellent writing and communication
