Job Description

We are looking for a Mid-level Intelligent Automation Analyst to work on the evolution of our process automation solutions, participating in the transition from traditional automations to architectures based on Generative Artificial Intelligence and Autonomous Agents.

The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Python, agent frameworks such as CrewAI/LangChain, and AI services on the Microsoft Azure platform. We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, business acumen, and the ability to transform complex processes into scalable and intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain process automations using Python.
• Design and implement AI agents using CrewAI.
• Build flows and applications based on LLMs using LangChain.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal APIs and corporate systems.
• Develop solutions hosted on the Azure platform.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Participate in requirements gathering with business areas.
• Ensure quality, scalability, and governance of the developed solutions.
• Create technical documentation and share knowledge with the team.
• Follow trends and best practices related to Generative AI, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation.
• Advanced English (Direct interaction with global teams)

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications

• Professional experience with Python development.
• Knowledge of API development and system integrations.
• Experience with process automation and designing automated flows.
• Knowledge of LangChain or similar frameworks for applications with LLMs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Knowledge of software architecture and development patterns.
• Analytical ability to understand business processes and propose improvements
