Key Responsibilities

  • Lead concept development and space planning for premium residential and landed projects.
  • Design bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, TV features, display cabinetry and other customised joinery.
  • Develop cohesive material and colour palettes integrating flooring, carpentry, stone, metal, lighting and hardware.
  • Prepare professional mood boards, design presentations and high-quality 3D visualisations.
  • Produce detailed plans, elevations and carpentry drawings suitable for production and site execution.
  • Attend selected client consultations together with the company director.
  • Present and explain design concepts confidently to homeowners and industry professionals.
  • Translate client requirements into practical and buildable design solutions.
  • Coordinate technical details with suppliers, overseas factories, purchasing and site teams.
  • Review site measurements and ensure design accuracy before production.
  • Specify and integrate premium hardware and accessories such as BLUM, HIGOLD or equivalent systems.
  • Review production/site details and resolve design-related issues during execution.
  • Help establish and maintain the design standards and visual direction of our new premium division.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related discipline.
  • Ideally 5-8 years of relevant interior design experience.
  • Strong portfolio in landed homes, premium residential and/or high-end bespoke carpentry.
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, detailing and installation.
  • Excellent space planning ability.
  • Strong sense of proportion, materials, colour and contemporary luxury.
  • Ability to produce professional 3D visualisations and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and relevant rendering software.
  • Good understanding of Singapore residential renovation and site practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers and production teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of projects.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating closely with management and the project team.
  • Experience with ENF-grade panels, premium hardware systems, sintered stone, lighting integration, customised cabinetry and overseas factory coordination will be an advantage.
