Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing commercial interiors, with a strong focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and vendor management. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces that meet client specifications and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial interior projects. - Develop detailed design concepts, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections. - Prepare and review technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Coordinate with MEP engineers and other consultants to integrate systems seamlessly into the design. - Manage the procurement process, including preparing BOQs and liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. - Oversee the execution of interior finishing works, ensuring quality and adherence to design intent. - Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design-related issues that may arise during construction. - Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance design offerings. Required Skills: - Proven experience in commercial interior design with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in design software and tools for creating detailed drawings and presentations. - Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration into interior spaces. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members.
