SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER — Full time
Our client is seeking an experienced professional to manage commercial design projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial interior design projects independently.
- Prepare high-quality 3D renderings and detailed construction drawings.
- Manage communications with clients, consultants, and Qualified Persons (QPs).
- Secure necessary authority approvals for project compliance.
- Conduct professional design presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Deep understanding of local authority submission requirements.
- Strong ability to manage project timelines and client expectations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
