Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for residential spaces. - Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings. - Create detailed design plans and specifications for modular furniture and interior layouts. - Oversee the implementation of design projects, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution. - Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs. - Manage project budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
