About the role:

This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will guide projects from concept through completion, partnering closely with clients, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet budget and timeline expectations. • Prepare and maintain accurate design documentation, including drawings, specifications, renderings, and installation packages.
  • Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, architects, contractors, and internal teams to gather samples, pricing, technical information, and ensure design feasibility and compliance with codes, ADA, and ergonomic standards.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine project outcomes.
  • Mentor junior designers by providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support.
  • Stay current on products, materials, and industry trends to strengthen design solutions and studio capabilities.
