Senior Interior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Interior Project Manager to lead and oversee various interior fit-out projects across corporate offices and retail spaces in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing turnkey interior projects, ensuring that all aspects of project execution are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate all phases of interior fit-out projects, from initial design through to final execution and handover. - Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. - Oversee site execution, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and performance. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and address any issues that arise. - Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status. - Ensure that all interior finishing work is completed to the highest standards, reflecting the design intent. Required Skills: - Proven experience in commercial interior fit-out and turnkey projects. - Strong knowledge of corporate office and retail interior design principles. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management software and tools.
