Senior Internal and Executive Communications Lead
You will drive enterprise alignment and employee engagement across Corporate & Investment Banking by translating strategy into clear messaging, shaping executive voice, developing communications, managing multichannel delivery, supporting business change, advising leaders, partnering with business and technology teams, and measuring engagement outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
- Develop executive communications
- Translate enterprise and CIB priorities into actionable messaging
- Manage end-to-end channel strategy and sequencing
- Create content for talent programs, systems enhancements, and regulatory change initiatives
- Advise on sensitive communications
- Partner with business, technology, and risk teams
- Measure effectiveness using engagement metrics and feedback
- Contribute to cross-CIB and enterprise-wide communication initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience
- Experience developing internal and executive communication plans within the financial services industry
- Experience crafting executive communications
- Experience translating enterprise programs into employee-focused messaging
- Experience managing multi-channel strategies for large, distributed audiences
- Experience advising leaders on sensitive or high-risk communications
- Experience using engagement metrics and feedback to optimize communication strategies
