Senior International Internet Planning Manager

Description:

1. Responsible for developing the company’s global data network plan, initiating data network projects, and managing resources.

2. Participate in formulating the company’s international data network investment strategies, providing decision-making support for major projects, and submitting project proposals;

3. Oversee the implementation of international data network plans and projects, guide and coordinate the allocation of resources for overseas subsidiaries, and provide technical support for key projects;

4. Liaise with product lines to enhance support and ensure the successful deployment of IPT/DIA product resources; coordinate with the Group’s vertical management structure and participate in communication and coordination with the Group’s specialized divisions to achieve an integrated global layout and efficient operations both domestically and internationally;

5. Be responsible for the planning and implementation of international IPT/Peer interconnection resources;

6. Be responsible for resource cooperation with international carriers to enhance network co-construction and sharing capabilities;

7. Be responsible for researching international network development directions and cutting-edge technology trends, and participate in relevant international associations and conferences;

8. Be responsible for compliance management of data network projects and the confidentiality of critical information;

9. Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, communications, or a related field, with at least 3 years of work experience;

2. Familiarity with data networks and an in-depth understanding of key data network technologies;

3. Work experience with key data network technologies; candidates with experience in managing or maintaining telecom operator data network projects will be given priority;

4. Keen business acumen, strong adaptability, ability to work well under pressure, and resilience in the face of setbacks;

5. Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering technical knowledge and applying relevant expertise;

6. Meticulous and well-organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;

7. Excellent learning ability and documentation skills;

8. Strong bilingual proficiency (e.g., Chinese and English) required for working overseas;

9. Candidates with CCIE, HCIE, or similar certifications will be given priority.
