Senior / Investor Relations (IR) Executive
Job Summary:
The Investor Relations Executive/ Senior Executive will support the Investor Relations Specialist in managing communications between the company and investors. This includes the transparent, accurate, and timely dissemination of financial and business information to the investment community. This role involves supporting investor engagement initiatives, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations, and conducting market intelligence to enhance investor confidence and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support communications with investors, analysts and stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of investor materials, including presentations, reports, financial results press releases and Bursa announcements
- Support quarterly and annual reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency of messaging
- Monitor share price performance, market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights to management
- Coordinate investor meetings, briefings, roadshow and events
- Maintain the IR page on the company’s website
- Maintain and update the IR calendar and related records
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Business Development, Project teams, and Senior Management to ensure aligned and consistent messaging
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (Investor Relations/ Investment Banking/ Finance exposure is an advantage)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
