Senior Investor Relations Manager

The Senior Investor Relations Manager contributes to the development, execution, and ongoing management of the Company’s investor relations and corporate communications program. This is an internally high-visible role working directly with the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications team, senior leadership, as well as the Company’s external IR and communications service providers to support effective engagement with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, this role sits at the intersection of investor relations and corporate communications and helps shape and execute the Company's external narrative and long-term shareholder engagement strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with members of the IR & Corporate Communications team on the development and execution of investor relations and corporate communications strategies, annual priorities, internal and external messaging and budgeting
- Draft and prepare quarterly earnings materials, including coordinating logistics, preparation sessions and external service providers; drafting earnings releases, conference call scripts, Q&A documents, and investor presentations; and conducting supportive market research and analysis
- Manage and coordinate responses to investor, shareholder, and analyst inquiries, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders as appropriate
- Analyze institutional investor ownership and relationship management, including 13F analysis and shareholder engagement
- Draft and manage investor communications, including press releases, earnings materials, investor presentations, and IR website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the Company’s external narrative and disclosure requirements
- Manage and own the IR and Corporate Communications calendars and collaborate cross-functionally to identify and capture relevant activities including, earnings cadence, NDR scheduling, investor conferences, medical conferences, Board meetings, and other internal/external events
- Manage investor relations CRM to track investor engagement, generate analytics and reports, identify engagement trends, develop target lists, and prepare investor profiles and executive briefing materials
- Coordinate planning, scheduling and support execution of investor events, including meetings, roadshows, investor conferences, analyst days, and annual shareholder meetings
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial, and other business functions to gather and synthesize information for investor communications and support accurate, timely, and consistent external disclosures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 to 8 years of progressive investor relations, corporate communications, finance, equity research, or related experience within the biotech or pharma industry or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of the public markets, SEC disclosure requirements, and the investor relations function
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial, scientific, and operational information into clear, compelling investor-facing materials
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, Regulatory, Commercial, and other business functions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams, competing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious and accountable, with a demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment
