My Masterclass is a specialized tuition centre in Singapore for JC, G3, and IP Math & Science . We take pride in our proven track record of helping students excel at G3, IP, and A levels, through a close-knit partnership between tutor, student, and parent. Our students are motivated learners from strong academic schools, and our tutors are passionate educators dedicated to bringing out their best.

The Opportunity

We are inviting a Senior Math Tutor to join our dynamic team. This is a role for an educator who has:

• 3-5 years of experience teaching in tuition centers or private settings

• Deep familiarity with the G3 and IP Math syllabus

• A passion for inspiring students and helping them build mastery and confidence

• A willingness to teach and improve on My Masterclass’ structured curriculum and materials

Responsibilities

In Your First Year:

• Conduct engaging and effective lessons aligned to our IP and G3 Math syllabus

• Guide students using our proven in-house materials and pedagogical framework

• Provide timely feedback and academic progress updates to students and parents

• Maintain excellent classroom management and rapport with students

As You Grow With Us (Years 2-6):

• Independent class management inline with My Masterclass's SOW demands

• Contribute to developing new lesson materials and digital resources

• Mentor and train junior tutors

• Participate in marketing, community outreach, and content initiatives

• Take on leadership opportunities — including managing your own branch under My Masterclass

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience teaching Math (IP/O Level) in tuition or private settings

• Five working days with one weekend commitment

• Excellent subject mastery and ability to explain complex concepts clearly

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine care for student success

• Teaching at H2 level or another math or science subject is a plus

• Aligned with My Masterclass’ teaching philosophy and standards of excellence
