Senior Island Host

As a Senior Island Host at Villa Haven, you will serve as a key point of contact and personal concierge for guests, ensuring their stay on the island is seamless and memorable. You will oversee a team of Island Hosts, coordinate guest activities, and provide exceptional personalized service.

• Proven experience in a guest relations or hospitality role, with previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
