Senior IT Administrator

Note: This position does not offer any visa sponsorship. Only Candidates Located in Germany who speak German (B2 or Fluent).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of technicians
• Oversee and manage processes and tasks within your team
• Provide IT technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site
• Serve as the technical contact for projects assigned to your team
• Consult, plan, implement, and develop IT infrastructure projects
• Perform administrative tasks in Microsoft or Linux environments

Requirements:

• Completed training or education in IT, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure
• Initial management experience is desirable
• Expertise in IT infrastructure and applications, particularly client and server technologies, networks, backup solutions, and monitoring systems
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Confident communication and presentation skills
