• Join an international Data & Analytics team delivering enterprise-scale solutions within one of Europe's leading financial organizations.

• As a Senior IT Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, helping design data-driven solutions, analyze business requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality IT products.

• You'll work in a cross-functional Agile team on complex end-to-end initiatives involving data analysis, data quality and modern analytics solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Act as the link between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Gather, analyze and refine business requirements.

• Design and support data-driven solutions together with technical teams.

• Perform data analysis, data quality and data hygiene activities.

• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units.

• Support delivery of complex end-to-end solutions.

• Collaborate closely with developers, architects and business users.

• Contribute to solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work in an Agile delivery environment.

Our requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, Technical Analyst or Data Analyst.

• Strong SQL skills (must-have).

• Experience working with complex business and technical requirements.

• Hands-on experience with data analysis, data quality and data hygiene.

• Practical experience with Hive.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, user stories and features.

• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams.

• Familiarity with Big Data concepts, CI/CD pipelines and basic Machine Learning concepts.

• Excellent communication skills.

• English at a minimum C1 level.

Optional

• Python programming.

• Experience reading and understanding code.

• Experience with solution design.

• Financial or banking sector experience.
