Senior IT Analyst

For our Client from the banking sector, we are looking for an IT Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience, who will be responsible for requirements analysis, system integration design, and close collaboration with technical teams to deliver key business initiatives.

What you will do:

• Validate business requirements from internal stakeholders, ensuring both functional and non-functional requirements are properly defined.

• Design and model system integration processes using UML diagrams, including use case, sequence, activity, and component diagrams.

• Prepare detailed integration specifications using tools such as Swagger and collaborate closely with architects and developers on technical solutions.

• Coordinate technical and project dependencies across multiple IT teams while actively participating in Scrum ceremonies.

• Support implementation activities by conducting initial integration testing and analyzing system issues and defects.
  

What we're looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT/System Analyst in software development projects, ideally within the banking, financial services, or insurance sector.

• Strong knowledge of integration technologies and concepts, including Web Services, Microservices, and SOA, as well as UML-based system modeling.

• Hands-on experience with CASE tools such as Enterprise Architect, PlantUML, or similar, and practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases (CRUD operations).

• Good understanding of distributed systems architecture and proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field, with English proficiency at B2/C1 level and fluent Polish.
