Senior IT Analyst
Summary
Contract (B2B) senior analyst role supporting a bank's migration from legacy local systems to a unified core banking platform: gathering requirements from business stakeholders, documenting them as features and user stories, and driving them to developer handoff in a large program. Hybrid, 2-3 days/week from offices in Warsaw/Gdansk/Gdynia/Lodz.

The role of a Senior IT Analyst is crucial to facilitate the transition from outdated local legacy systems to a unified core banking platform, ensuring the integration of business requirements into effective solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Collect requirements from business stakeholders.
Document requirements in features and user stories.
Drive the requirements process independently from collection to handover to developers.
Work collaboratively in a complex environment with diverse stakeholders and dependencies.
Understand and adapt to the program's complexities swiftly.
Key Requirements:
5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst.
Professional knowledge of statements and reporting.
Experience in the banking sector, preferably with a larger bank.
Experience working in a larger program with approximately 300+ employees.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience in a Nordic bank.
Experience working with Hadoop.
