Type of contract: B2B contract, long-term cooperation
Rate: 140 PLN net + vat/ hour
Summary: IT Analyst Senior role is primarily focused on IT risk management, audit compliance, security, and project management within a banking environment. The objective is to ensure that all IT operations and systems align with regulatory requirements while managing risks effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct IT risk assessments from identification to action planning and monitoring.
Manage audits by designing remediation plans and documenting evidence.
Communicate remediation plans and outcomes to senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations such as NIS2, DORA, and ECB requirements.
Oversee network and database security, including vulnerability management and threat mitigation.
Utilize knowledge of banking applications and relevant technologies.
Develop and manage project plans, maintaining stakeholder communication and governance.
Report weekly on project progress, risks, and impediments.
Foster effective team dynamics and motivate team members.
Key Requirements:
Expert knowledge in IT risk frameworks and audit management.
Strong skills in network and database security.
Experience with banking compliance regulations.
Proficient in project management methodologies.
Solid technical skills in database technologies (e.g., Oracle, DB2).
Nice to Have:
Experience in banking technology.
Advanced skills in Python for data management.
Knowledge of SharePoint administration and automation.
