You will be cooperating with multiple stakeholders (business, architects, developers and QAs in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions).
- Eliciting requirements (functional and non-functional requirements) by cooperating with different stakeholders e.g. architects, developers, testers, business, legal and compliance
- Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development
- Being responsible for requirements documentation (incl. use cases) and quality improvement
- Supporting testers and developers in the team and hub

Experience in IT and/or business analysis
- Experience in working in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of the banking sector and HR domain, or at least the financial sector will be an advantage.
- Experience of using Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and familiar with international collaboration.
- Practical knowledge of user interface prototyping and design will be an advantage
- Have great stakeholder management skills
