Senior IT Analyst

• Analyse business and functional requirements for corporate banking processes
  
• Design functional and system solutions, including processes, mock-ups, and business rules
  
• Participate in technical design with a strong focus on integrations (SOA, REST, Web Services)
  
• Ensure security, performance, and compliance standards in enterprise banking environments
  
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders in Agile/SCRUM teams
  
• Support testing, deployment, and continuous development of in-house systems
  
• Contribute to alignment between business needs and technical implementation
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or Product Owner in IT projects
  
• Experience in financial services or electronic banking projects
  
• Strong skills in functional analysis and requirements gathering
  
• Knowledge of SOA, REST, and integration testing tools (SOAP UI, Postman)
  
• Experience with microservices architectures and documenting REST APIs (Swagger / YAML)
  
• Strong knowledge of UML and BPMN with practical use of CASE tools (Enterprise Architect preferred)
  
• Good SQL skills and experience in IT system modelling
  
• Ability to coordinate across dependent teams and manage tasks effectively
  
• Very good English communication skills
