Hybrid work – approximately 2–3 days per week from the office

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Analyst to lead end-to-end requirements management in complex IT initiatives within the Retail & Credit domain. This role requires close collaboration with business, IT, and development teams, supporting solution design by thoroughly understanding systems, data flows, and integrations. As a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure clear communication, alignment, and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end requirements management for complex, multi-stakeholder projects

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

  • Translate business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and developers

  • Analyze data flows, system interactions, and integration points

  • Support solution design and decision-making processes

  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions

  • Ensure consistency, quality, and traceability of requirements

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis practices and methodologies

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Proven experience as a Senior IT Analyst within complex IT environments

  • Strong track record in end-to-end requirements management

  • Advanced skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, and lifecycle management

  • Experience working in regulated, large-scale environments (e.g. banking, finance, risk, credit)

  • Ability to translate business needs into clear and testable requirements

  • Experience with data analysis, data lineage, and system interactions

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to facilitate discussions and drive alignment without formal authority

  • Experience working in Agile environments (e.g. SAFe)

  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Retail, Credit, or Risk domains

  • Knowledge of structured analysis techniques such as BPMN, UML, and data modeling

  • Experience with large-scale financial systems
