Summary
Senior SAP developer at Sonova Group, a global hearing care provider, based in Warsaw: designs and builds SAP ABAP applications, interfaces and integrations on ERP/S/4HANA, owning the full lifecycle from technical design and coding through testing, go-live and Level 3 support.
As a Senior IT Application Developer, you will design, develop and enhance SAP applications, interfaces and technical solutions. Strong hands-on ABAP development experience is essential for this role. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from technical design and coding through testing, go-live and support.

- Design and develop high-quality SAP ABAP applications, enhancements and custom solutions.
- Develop interfaces, integrations and migration solutions using SAP and related technologies.
- Create technical specifications and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Perform debugging, testing, code reviews and troubleshooting, including complex Level 3 issues.
- Coordinate development activities with internal and external developers.
- Define and maintain development standards, technical documentation and best practices.
- Support solution design, releases, go-live and hypercare activities.
More about you :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong hands-on SAP ABAP development experience is a must-have.
- Solid knowledge of SAP ERP/S/4HANA, custom development and debugging.
- Experience with SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, RFC, EDI, ODBC and XML.
- Experience delivering end-to-end SAP implementation or development projects.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, databases and integration concepts.
- Fluent English with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- SAP/S4HANA certification and knowledge of Java, SQL or other relevant technologies.
- Experience in a regulated or medical-device environment.
- Agile, ITIL or BPMN certification.
- Additional language skills, particularly German.
