We are hiring a Senior Integration Analyst to design and govern scalable integration solutions for long-term enterprise platforms. This is a Senior IT Business Analyst - Integration role focused on system design, integration strategy, and aligning business needs with technical solutions.
You will work across engineering and business teams to ensure sustainable, scalable, and well-governed integration architecture supporting large-scale implementations.
How you create impact
- Define and govern integration architecture standards
- Design scalable, reusable integration interfaces and system structures
- Ensure long-term platform sustainability
- Oversee large-scale integration environments (10K–15K implementations)
- Bridge business requirements with technical architecture
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
- Guide implementation teams on integration design and best practices
What we would like you to bring
- 5–10+ years in integration development, interface design, or system architecture/analyst
- Strong experience with integration patterns and enterprise system design
- Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures
- Experience across multiple business domains is required
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence decisions and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Engage and influence diverse stakeholders across all levels using strong change management and persuasion skills.
- Leverage data-driven thinking and clear logical reasoning to define the why and deliver effective, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
