Senior IT Business Analyst – Retail & Logistics

Job Purpose

The Watches of Switzerland Group is seeking a technically skilled Senior Business Analyst to support our growing US luxury retail operations. The ideal candidate has strong luxury retail experience, particularly in logistics and inventory management, and can support integrations involving financial systems, repair platforms, and other operational tools. Experience implementing Teamwork Commerce Point of Sale (POS) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a significant advantage.

The Senior IT Business Analyst will support retail showrooms, distribution centers, and finance teams. Responsibilities include resolving second-line support escalations, configure new stores, address logistics and inventory issues, and partner with global IT teams to maintain and improve the retail environment and its processes. Experience integrating SAP, ShipERP, Diaspark, Shopify, and CRM tools is highly valued.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5+ years of SAP ECC experience in a luxury retail and logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC IS-Retail and the MM, SD, WM, and FI modules.
• Experience with SAP logistics processes, including goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and inventory reconciliation.
• Experience using RFID technology for inventory management.
• Experience with Teamwork POS processes, configuration, and training.
• Hands-on experience with system integration tools, including ShipERP, and repair systems such as Diaspark.
• Experience creating business use cases and test cases, with active participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordinating testing, documenting results, and tracking issues through resolution.
• Comfortable using Jira and Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong documentation capabilities, and the ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
• Experience implementing at least three Teamwork POS and Shopify projects.
• Experience with luxury retail processes, particularly omnichannel operations.
• Strong understanding of CRM and Clienteling processes.
• Experience with SAP BTP and SAP CRM.
• Understanding of retail payment processes, consumer finance, and sales tax platforms such as Avalara.
• Familiarity with audit-grade documentation and compliance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Concur for expense and travel management.
• Travel: up to 20%
