The Role:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using various artifacts (BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process flows, data models) tailored to the delivery methodology (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with senior business and IT stakeholders to achieve consensus and formal sign-off. Act as the primary liaison to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
Collaborate with technical team, and vendors to evaluate solutions. Ensure solutions are met with the defined business requirements and agreed by business.
Support the test strategies, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve defects, and ensure delivered solutions meet the acceptance criteria.
Manage requirement changes and impact analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Support post-go-live activities, including training and benefits realization tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT, Business Analysis, or Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering and supporting complex enterprise projects.
Hands-on experience across the full project delivery lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies, with the ability to lead discussions and drive consensus on solution design.
Strong capability to gather, analyze, and evaluate business processes and pain points, and translate business requirements into practical solutions while coordinating end-to-end delivery with technical teams.
Good understanding of APIs and system integration concepts, with familiarity in business process and system modeling standards such as BPMN and UML.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficient in both Putonghua and English.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Tencent Cloud, AWS, or Azure), CRM systems, SAP, or loyalty program solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
