Senior IT Consultant / Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Involved in Business Analysis, Design, UAT and Requirement 's Gathering.
- Managed Clients / Stakeholders Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Support and Consultation.
- Proven record of business analysis experience in system implementation projects in Banking domain.
- Experience with application development/systems implementation, documentation, and improvement.
- Liaise with business and IT stakeholders and end users to clarify requirements, and to prepare detailed user stories/functional specification document for software product development.
Requirements:
- Strong in Business Analysis and providing Consultation work.
- Good in providing consultancy, analysis and support.
- Good Client and Stakeholder Management.
- Responsible for Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Experience in managing service delivery.
- Involved in managing Stakeholders and Business Users.
- Experience in providing User Support, Requirements' Gathering.
- Knowledge of IT, Software Solutions and Technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good Customer Service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
