Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per month
Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software, cloud, and system integration projects.
Agile Leadership: Champion Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices across cross-functional engineering teams (Developers, QA, Architects).
Governance & Budget: Oversee project roadmaps, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and multi-million-dollar budgets.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and third-party IT vendors.
Experience: 8+ years of progressive IT delivery or technical project management experience in enterprise environments.
Technical Domain: Strong knowledge of SDLC, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership.
Languages: Professional fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
