Senior IT Duty Manager (24x7, HengQin)
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per month

You will be involving…
Proven experience in Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Problem Management, Escalation Management, Service Level Management
Experience in Customer expectation management and negotiation
Experience leading other duty manager and operational teams in a 24x7 support environment.
Experience interacting with business stakeholders and senior management.
Experience using system tools, eg ServiceNow, Solarwinds.
Hands-on experience supporting VDI, personal computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
Hands-on experience with iOS and Android platforms.
Proficiency with Windows platforms.
Technical understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, and office applications.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting capability.
Experience in hospitality, integrated resort, hotel, or large enterprise environments is plus.
We are looking for…
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant IT qualification.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Service Managenent, IT Support or Service Desk Operations.
Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory, team lead, or management role within an IT Service Center or IT Operations environment.
ITIL Foundation Certification
Additional relevant certifications such as Microsoft, desktop support, service desk, cybersecurity awareness, or network fundamentals will be considered beneficial.
Fluent in Cantonese and English, with strong written English skills for ticket documentation, escalations, user communication, and operational reporting.
