Senior IT Engineer (AI Security)

Salary: $4,500 – $6,000 per month

Basic up to $6,000

Performance Bonus up to 3 months

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)

Location: Commonwealth

1 year contract (Renewable) - Convertible to Permanent

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining AI security practices and guidelines within the organization.

• Support the secure adoption and usage of Generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI-powered applications.

• Identify potential AI-related security risks, including confidential data leakage, unauthorized AI usage, prompt injection, and misuse of AI applications.

• Ensure employees follow company policies when using AI tools, particularly when handling confidential, sensitive, or business-critical information.

• Assist in reviewing AI tools and applications before deployment to ensure they meet the organization's IT security and data protection requirements.

• Support the implementation of appropriate access controls and security configurations for AI-powered applications.

• Monitor and report potential AI-related security incidents or suspicious activities.

• Assist in maintaining AI security documentation, usage guidelines, and internal awareness materials.

• Keep updated on emerging AI security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.

• Coordinate with external IT security vendors or consultants on AI security assessments and recommendations where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
