THE ROLE
Handle escalations from team members, ensuring they are resolved efficiently & effectively, enhancing team performance & client satisfaction.
Lead project management activities, overseeing IT FMS implementations, network upgrades, & Azure projects, ensuring timely completion & stability.
Manage workstation, network, server, & software solutions, diagnosing & repairing issues to maintain seamless operations for our clients.
Develop & maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues, clients, & partners, promoting HB Technologies as a leading solutions provider.
Ensure IT activities meet agreed standards, maintaining professionalism & promoting HB Technologies' excellence in customer service across Hawke's Bay.
Document all completed work in Autotask, ensuring jobs are processed for billing & current job statuses are communicated effectively.
Complete & update network & site documentation, ensuring accurate records for new & existing sites, facilitating efficient IT management.
Educate & train junior staff, sharing knowledge on relevant products & solutions to enhance team capability & client service.
To succeed in this role, you will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities and the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team. Experience across Microsoft technologies, server and network infrastructure, cloud services and managed services environments will be highly regarded.
