Senior IT Engineer

Configure and maintain identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms across the organisation using Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Cloudflare. Evaluate and procure tooling, manage vendor contracts, run autonomous projects, support IT Operations, and participate in an IT on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain IT systems using Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Cloudflare
• Source and evaluate tooling, including vendor assessments and procurement
• Manage vendor contracts, renewals, terms, costs, and renegotiations
• Act as the main contact for vendor account and contract matters
• Translate IT Operations needs into system configuration and tooling decisions
• Run projects autonomously and keep senior management informed
• Participate in an IT on-call rota
• Support IT Operations as needed

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT engineering or a similar technical role
• Working knowledge of SaaS, identity, and endpoint platforms in regulated environments
• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts, including evaluation, procurement, renewal, and negotiation
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal senior management input
• Comfort working in a small, high-ownership team
• Experience in financial services or crypto/digital assets
• Familiarity with Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, or Cloudflare Zero Trust
• Experience with ITSM or change tooling such as JSM
• Professional proficiency in English
