Senior IT Executive
About the role
Oversee the company IT operations, network infrastructure and telecommunication services.
Key responsibilities
Liaise with internal departments to follow up on problem resolution and make suitable recommendations for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
Maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade existing hardware and software systems, network equipment and applications.
Manage and liaise with vendors to ensure services and support are delivered according to service level agreements.
Maintain an updated documentation of IT systems and network equipment.
Implement and monitoring of daily backup operations, including conducting recovery test.
Develop and streamline IT system administration processes and procedures.
Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
Follow up on emerging technologies for office automations.
About you
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
Preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
Vendor management experience is desired.
Experience in Data center operations and management.
Strong domain knowledge on VMWare vCenter and vSphere infrastructure with SAN storage architecture.
Proficient in Active Directory/AZURE design, implementation and management.
Knowledge in Firewall, WIFI, VLAN, WAN and Network Routing.
Good knowledge in top cloud computing service providers' services and platforms.
Track record in Office365 administration.
Hands on experiences in different Operating Systems management and support.
