  • Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing ownership.
  • Team management experience, including direct reports or clear leadership of a technical team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to work fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain networks and infrastructure across a large multi-site estate of approximately 4,000 endpoints.
  • Work across a broad product set including firewalls, switching, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and backup systems.
  • Own client relationships commercially as well as technically.
  • Scope, deploy, and document projects end to end.
  • Manage or lead a team and take responsibility for output and development.

We are recruiting for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our MSP-focused IT team near Elland. This is a hands-on role where we offer genuine autonomy to own projects end to end, alongside a competitive salary of £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
