A 10–12 month fixed-term (with potential to become permanent) 3rd line infrastructure role at a Bristol-based e-commerce company, hybrid with 2 days onsite. Day to day: acting as technical escalation point for complex issues across Azure, Entra ID, M365, ConfigMgr/Intune, Windows Server and VMware/Hyper-V, leading P1/P2 incidents and joining a 24/7 on-call rota.
