Senior IT Infrastructure Supervisor

Purpose of Role

• Lead and support the operation, maintenance, security, and availability of Watsons Vietnam IT infrastructure across stores, office, warehouse, and datacenter/cloud environments.
• Ensure stable operation of business-critical systems while managing vendors and supporting infrastructure projects.

Your impact

• Run servers, networks, virtualization, cloud, backups and disaster recovery.
• Support store connectivity, POS, CCTV and business-critical systems.
• Resolve Level 2/3 incidents, investigate causes and prevent repeat issues.
• Manage security controls, vendors, service levels and technical documentation.
• Deliver infrastructure projects and supervise engineers and outsourced resources.

Your profile

• Relevant IT degree; 5+ years in infrastructure/network operations.
• 2+ years as a supervisor or team leader; retail experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on Windows/Linux, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking and firewalls.
• Microsoft, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL or Azure certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years in infrastructure/network operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Retail environment experience is highly preferred.
