Senior IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage daily operation of information systems
• Lead and supervise IT team to provide full spectrum IT services including network infrastructure, application, security and risk assessment and various IT projects across front-line and head office
• Identify, monitor and control the technology risk management process
• Plan and implement out IT projects—such as installations, migrations, and system upgrades—while making sure that business operations are not adversely affected.
• Monitor all vendor connections and contracts for the purchase of equipment and IT services, and be able to consistently deliver IT services and deliverables on schedule.
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 4 years at supervisory level in F&B industry
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, and POS
• Experience in firewall, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wireless network and POS
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure ad can work independently
• Immediate available is preferred
