Senior IT Manager - Applications

Own and manage the full enterprise applications portfolio, ensuring high performance, availability, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Develop and execute the application strategy roadmap, evaluating and implementing new technologies to drive operational efficiency and business value.

Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT, translating requirements into technical solutions and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.

Lead Microsoft Business Central implementation and optimization, manage system integrations, and oversee MS SQL database performance, security, backup, and recovery processes.

Provide team leadership and mentorship, strengthening technical capabilities while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
