Senior IT Manager, Digital Transformation & AI

Salary: $85k - $95k p.m.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager, Digital Transformation & AI to lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous enhancement of enterprise AI platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.

This leadership position will play a key role in driving AI adoption, improving operational efficiency, and delivering innovative technology solutions that support organizational objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to shape and execute the organization's AI and digital transformation roadmap.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Lead the planning, implementation, governance, and ongoing support of enterprise AI platforms, applications, and related digital services.
• Drive the development and integration of AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation workflows, and agent-based technologies to enhance business operations and user experiences.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, integration, and maintenance of AI-enabled applications, automation platforms, and digital services.
• Promote the adoption of AI technologies through training, user engagement, and change management initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging AI, automation, cloud, and digital technologies to support business transformation objectives.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with security, compliance, data governance, and operational best practices.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technology professionals responsible for AI and digital innovation initiatives.
• Contribute to broader IT strategy and digital transformation programs as required.

Required Skills and Experience for the Role:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience leading digital transformation, enterprise application, AI, or innovation-focused technology initiatives.
• Proven experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting AI-powered applications and automation solutions within a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong background in integrating enterprise applications, APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI workflows, AI agents, automation platforms, self-service portals, or digital customer/user experience solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale technology projects.

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, automation technologies, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern application architectures.
• Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, information security, data governance, and technology best practices.
• Ability to assess and adopt emerging technologies to support business growth and transformation objectives.

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technology, business, and external partner teams.
