Senior IT Manager

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure across offices and sales galleries, including networks (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), servers, endpoints, telephony and AV systems.
  
• Administer and optimise the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Entra ID), including identity, device and access management.
  
• Ensure high availability of business-critical systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS, document management) and manage incident, problem and change processes to defined SLAs.
  
• Oversee IT setup for new offices, sales galleries and events, including rapid deployment for launches and roadshows.
  

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement and maintain security controls aligned with group policy, including endpoint protection, DLP, Conditional Access, MFA, patching and vulnerability management.
  
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC) and CST requirements where applicable.
  
• Support data classification, backup, disaster recovery and business continuity planning; conduct periodic DR tests.
  
• Coordinate security awareness training and phishing simulations for staff.
  

Vendor & Budget Management

• Manage local vendors, telecom providers, ISPs and managed service partners; negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs and drive value.
  
• Prepare and manage the IT budget (CAPEX/OPEX), asset lifecycle and software licensing, ensuring audit-ready records.
  
• Manage procurement of hardware, software and services in line with group governance.
  

Executive Technology Support

• Provide executive-level support for senior leadership, including secure mobility, executive devices and boardroom technology.
  
• Ensure boardrooms and executive meeting spaces are reliable and launch-ready: video conferencing, presentation systems and AV for high-stakes meetings and events.
  
• Handle executive requests with discretion, urgency and complete confidentiality.
  

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop the local IT team; define KPIs, manage performance and build a service-oriented culture.
  
• Establish and document standard operating procedures, runbooks and a knowledge base.
  
• Ensure 24/7 support coverage arrangements for critical periods such as launches, campaigns and financial close.
  

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 4 years in an IT management role.
  
• Proven experience managing multi-site IT operations.
  
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and modern workplace technologies.
  
• Solid grounding in networking (Cisco/Fortinet or equivalent), firewalls, VPN and endpoint security.
  
• Working knowledge of PDPL, NCA ECC and Saudi telecom/hosting regulations, including data residency considerations.
  
• Experience managing budgets, vendors and outsourced service providers.
  
• Fluency in English; Arabic strongly preferred.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as ITIL v4, PMP, CISSP/CISM, Microsoft (AZ-104/MS-102), CCNA/CCNP.
  
• Experience in real estate, construction or a fast-scaling multinational environment.
  
• Exposure to ERP platforms (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  
• Experience supporting AI, data and marketing technology initiatives.
