We are seeking an IT IAM Business Analyst professional to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in our client team. If you are passionate about business analysis and management, we want to hear from you!

Role Description & Responsibilities

As an IT Network Consultant for the APAC region, you will serve as the primary point of contact for network infrastructure, supporting Level 2 Network Operations and assisting regional stakeholders on various projects.

• Key initiatives include deploying Palo Alto firewalls, refreshing LAN hardware, and setting up new sites.

• You’ll collaborate closely with the Global Network Team, ensuring alignment with the Network Architect and Network Service Manager to maintain design standards and smooth project handovers to operations.

• Your role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing network systems for secure and reliable data communication.

• You'll analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver strategic solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Documenting network architecture and procedures is also a key part of your responsibilities.

Working Hours

You will primarily work during the European time zone. Occasional flexibility in your schedule will be needed to accommodate time zone differences.

Key Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Experience in providing 3rd line-level support for Juniper, Cisco, and Palo Alto equipment and services

• Experience working in large global companies

• Experience with ITIL framework

• Application of structured project implementation methodologies (waterfall and agile)

• Excellent technical skills in most of the following technologies: Cisco SDWAN (Viptela), Cisco ISE, Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager, Juniper Mist, managing Cisco & Juniper LAN and Wi-Fi

Nice to Have

• Experience with implementing Network Access Control (802.1x)

• Experience in managing network infrastructure in the cloud (Azure, OCI)

Other Details

We’re seeking senior professionals with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing large-scale network infrastructures. Candidates should have hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Firewalls and managing Cisco and Juniper LAN and Wi-Fi environments. We're looking for individuals who can lead projects from a technical standpoint, work independently, and take a proactive approach in their daily responsibilities.
