Senior IT Product Designer – Placement at Finance Industry

Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end product design process, from user research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, to final design.

- Translate business and user needs into intuitive and effective product solutions.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions.

- Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.

- Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Communicate design rationale and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design, preferably at Senior level.

- Strong experience in end-to-end product design, user research, prototyping, and usability testing.

- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and design systems.

- Experience designing digital products/web or mobile applications.

- Proficient in Figma or equivalent design tools.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in fintech, financial services, e-commerce, marketplace, or other digital products is preferred.

- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
