Senior IT Project Manager

Summary

Manage IT projects end-to-end for B2Bnetwork, coordinating teams, timelines, and deliverables in an onsite Warsaw-based role.

  • As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, acting as the Deputy to the Lead Project Manager. You will play a key role in coordinating delivery across business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, risks are effectively managed, and governance standards are maintained.

Your responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT initiatives.

  • Act as the Deputy to the Lead Project Manager, ensuring smooth project execution.

  • Coordinate activities across DevOps teams, business stakeholders and delivery teams.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and drive mitigation actions.

  • Ensure compliance with project governance, delivery standards and internal processes.

  • Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations and decision materials for senior management.

  • Drive communication and change management activities across the project.

  • Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering large-scale IT projects, preferably within the banking or financial sector.

  • Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Practical experience delivering projects using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience working with Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives is highly desirable.

  • Experience using Jira for project tracking and delivery management.

  • Ability to prepare executive-level reports and management presentations.

  • Strong organizational skills with a structured, delivery-oriented mindset.

  • English at a minimum C1 level (written and spoken).

  • Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance processes.
