As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, acting as the Deputy to the Lead Project Manager. You will play a key role in coordinating delivery across business and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, risks are effectively managed, and governance standards are maintained.

Your responsibilities
Support end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT initiatives.
Act as the Deputy to the Lead Project Manager, ensuring smooth project execution.
Coordinate activities across DevOps teams, business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and drive mitigation actions.
Ensure compliance with project governance, delivery standards and internal processes.
Prepare executive-level status reports, presentations and decision materials for senior management.
Drive communication and change management activities across the project.
Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Our requirements
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering large-scale IT projects, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
Practical experience delivering projects using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives is highly desirable.
Experience using Jira for project tracking and delivery management.
Ability to prepare executive-level reports and management presentations.
Strong organizational skills with a structured, delivery-oriented mindset.
English at a minimum C1 level (written and spoken).
