We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Pharma Commercial Business Unit.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who excels in complex client environments, can successfully navigate challenging project situations, and is able to build trust with both client stakeholders and delivery teams.
You will be responsible for leading strategic technology and business transformation initiatives for global pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations, with a particular focus on governance, documentation, stakeholder alignment, compliance-related deliverables, and execution readiness. The role requires driving accountability across multiple teams and ensuring that required artefacts, reviews, approvals, and deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking full ownership of small–medium projects and driving them end-to-end.
- Managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and project team.
- Planning and coordinating work across IT, business, and analytics teams; tracking progress and reporting status.
- Collaborating with global stakeholders and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading meetings, presenting updates, and proactively escalating risks and changes when needed.
What you will need:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs.
- Proven experience working directly with external clients and executive stakeholders.
- Strong track record of successfully managing projects in demanding, fast-paced environments.
- Experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Excellent risk, issue, and dependency management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent English (C1) is mandatory.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and digital product delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
- Knowledge of GxP, CSA, validation processes, or regulated software development environments – will be an additional asset.
What we offer:
- Learning & development opportunities – after your probation period, you’ll have access to a highly flexible and generous English language reimbursement program, along with an individual development budget to use as you see fit.
- Classic benefits like private medical care, a sports card, and a preferential life insurance plan. Plus, our infamous Fruit Tuesdays and a special summer bonus – ice cream.
- A hybrid work setup with plenty of flexibility. Delivery teams work mostly remotely. Support teams come to the office at least once a week – as an HR team, we meet every Wednesday. On other days, you decide where you work.
- A bunch of non-work activities, including Office Day (a fun-filled day when employees from all over Poland gather at the office), POP UP integrations, various competitions from cooking to photography, and the chance to submit charity causes to our CF4GOOD program, which provides support to those in need.
- A workplace that values people and is built on collaboration, not competition. If you’re tired of toxic work environments, you’ll finally get a chance to breathe. And if you’ve been lucky with great employers so far, we’ll do our best to keep that streak going.
