Senior IT Project Manager
Summary
Ework Group is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager in Warsaw to lead technology projects, handling governance, planning, risk, budget/resource management, and stakeholder communication. Banking/financial services background, information security awareness, and agile/waterfall delivery experience are a plus.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in leading technology projects
- Strong governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
- Financial and resource management experience, including proficiency with project management tools
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Advanced presentation skills, particularly with Microsoft Office suite
Nice to have:
- Banking or financial services projects track record
- Good understanding of Information Security risks within financial organizations
- Experience with applications lifecycle management, vulnerabilities identification and remediation
- Relevant project management certifications
- Experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery environments
