Senior IT Project Manager

Our client is expanding and they're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple technology workstreams.
This is an end-to-end delivery role with ownership of a complex, high-profile expansion program. You'll lead everything from planning and procurement through to implementation, go-live and transition into business-as-usual, working across infrastructure, applications, security and business systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead the full IT project lifecycle: planning, procurement, design, build, testing, cutover and transition to operational support.
• Deliver greenfield technology, including networks, Wi-Fi, user systems, end-user devices, printing and connectivity.
• Manage enterprise application delivery across LMS, CRM, student management systems, collaboration platforms, digital channels and integrations.
• Own vendor engagement from selection and contract management through to performance and commercial outcomes.
• Ensure security and privacy are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Provide clear reporting to senior executives, translating technical complexity into practical business decisions.

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record delivering complex IT projects across infrastructure, cloud/SaaS platforms, enterprise applications and systems integration.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders within complex or regulated environments.
• Confidence delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, selecting the right approach for the work.
• The ability to operate independently while knowing when to escalate risks or issues.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budget ownership and vendor management.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build credibility from technical teams through to executive leadership.

Experience within education, large-scale expansion programs or greenfield environments will be highly regarded. Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile are desirable, along with exposure to Microsoft 365, Azure, Jira, ServiceNow and Power BI.
