About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to support IT projects within a large-scale international business environment. The role involves preparing detailed project plans, coordinating project activities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of approved IT initiatives.
The projects may cover various business areas, including Supply Chain, Trading, Wholesale, Asset Management, and HSE. The successful candidate will work independently, collaborate with international teams, and ensure transparent communication and effective problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects.
- Coordinating project activities and ensuring progress against agreed plans.
- Monitoring project status, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation measures.
- Ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders and providing regular project updates.
- Coordinating collaboration between business and IT teams.
- Managing project priorities, dependencies, and potential issues.
- Supporting project preparation and planning based on approved business requirements.
- Ensuring alignment between project objectives and expected business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager.
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Experience working in complex, preferably multinational business environments.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project activities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Transparent and structured working style.
- Strong customer focus and ability to understand business needs.
- Flexibility to support projects across different business domains.
