Location: Remote (India)
Shift Time: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (overlaps with US Eastern and Central business hours).
Experience: 5+ years in IT recruitment.
Employment Type: Full-time, in-house.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team and lead technology hiring across the United States. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for our internal teams, partnering directly with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent. This is a fully remote role aligned to US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for US-based tech roles: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes.
Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, communities, and passive outreach.
Hire across roles such as Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Data/AI, QA/Automation, Cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, compensation alignment, and work authorization.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience, with timely communication and clear feedback at every stage.
Maintain accurate data in the ATS and report on key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance, source effectiveness).
Contribute to employer branding, diversity hiring initiatives, and process improvements.
Mentor junior recruiters and share sourcing best practices.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of IT recruitment experience,
Strong grasp of technical roles and the ability to evaluate profiles across modern tech stacks.
Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing skills.
Comfortable working the 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST shift with a reliable home setup (high-speed internet, power backup).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in an in-house TA team.
Experience hiring niche, senior, or leadership-level technical roles.
Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools and recruitment analytics.
