Agiloft is hiring a Senior IT Solutions Architect to own the strategy, design, and delivery of its Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). Day to day this means gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, managing integrations with tools like HubSpot and Workato, and mentoring Salesforce Administrators.
Position Overview
Agiloft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Solutions Architect to lead the strategy and execution of all changes and developments within our Salesforce ecosystem. The Senior IT Solutions Architect would gather requirements, generate solutions, and implement changes in Salesforce or guide other team members in doing so. They would also be involved in designing and modifying flows of data between Salesforce and any of the many systems connected to it, which may include hands-on configuration in those systems or partnering with the admins of those other systems.
This role is critical in ensuring the optimal performance and evolution of our CRM, which includes Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and various integrated services. The Senior IT Solutions Architect will play a key role in steering the direction of our Salesforce instance, collaborating with stakeholders, and overseeing the work of Salesforce Administrators to meet business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor Salesforce Administrators, assigning tasks, providing direction, and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Development & Optimization: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Salesforce customizations, including custom objects, flows, reports, dashboards, and integrations. Oversee technical delivery from end-to-end in consultation with internal business partners and outside system integrators.
- Salesforce Administration: Handle day-to-day requests from users, including troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing our Salesforce instance.
- Project Leadership: Take a leading role in any projects that impact Salesforce or data flows in Salesforce
- Continuous Improvement: Champion the adoption of Salesforce best practices, automation, and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and implementation partners, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
- Integration Support: Oversee and manage the interaction of Salesforce with integrated services (such as HubSpot, Crossbeam, Outreach, Responsive, Pendo, Workato, ZoomInfo, RingLead, etc.) to ensure seamless workflows.
- Leverage the use AI to improve efficiency, productivity, and value delivery, continuously evaluating where AI can enhance processes, workflows, and outcomes
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years Salesforce/enterprise systems experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Relevant Salesforce certifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Precise attention to details to ensure data accuracy, system reliability and compliance with relevant standards and with stakeholder requirements
- Deep understanding of business processes
- Knowledge in project management to ensure simultaneous projects are maintained and results are delivered on time
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
