Orient Group is hiring a Senior IT Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Network & IT Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

· Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure across HQ, factories and warehouses.

· Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, VLANs, VPNs and network connectivity.

· Manage and monitor Firewalls and network security.

· Maintain Servers, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP and user access.

· Manage and monitor data backup, restore and disaster recovery procedures.

· Monitor server and network performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.

· Ensure data availability, security and business continuity.

· Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for infrastructure-related issues and projects.

· Provide technical support for HQ, factories and warehouses when required.

· Maintain proper documentation of network, servers, backups and IT assets.

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Administration.

· Strong hands-on experience in Networking, Firewalls, Servers & Backup.

· Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and VPNs.

· multi-site environment experience is preferred.

· Relevant Bachelor's degree.
